As a LICSW based in Western Massachusetts, I specialize in therapy for emerging adults, college students, and young professionals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by pressure, expectations, perfectionism, or uncertainty about who they are and where they’re headed.
I work with individuals who may appear high functioning on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, or difficulty balancing relationships, academics, work, and personal wellbeing.

Using psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and expressive therapies, I help clients build self-awareness, emotional resilience, coping skills, accountability, and confidence.
